I combine my coaching work with consultancy in the education and training world. I have worked in senior positions in this field for over thirty years. I have strategic and operational experience in the post 16 skills world and I understand the organisational and personal demands of an ever-changing environment.
Even if a consultancy project does not involve formal coaching and mentoring, I find my listening and questioning skills add value to the contracts I have undertaken.
